The infrastructure of HepatoSys
Systems Biology tries to investigate systems as a whole by connecting knowledge from different scientific disciplines. For the main goal 'In silico simulation of complex life processes in hepatocytes', it is of great importance to establish synergistic collaborations between the scientific working groups considering the same subject.
The hereby presented interactive illustration is used to introduce the different working groups of HepatoSys (colored dots) and their collaborations (white arcs). On this basis, the scientific cooperation within HepatoSys can be analyzed and discussed. Furthermore, the illustration shall help our scientists to set up new collaborations and interdisciplinary projects within the research initiative but also with other interested scientists.
